If you follow me on Instagram you know that I’ve picked up a new favorite hobby

this summer, boxing at Knuckle Up gym! I love boxing so much, but I don’t love my

hair after a training session. The combos and outdoor runs really do a number on

my hair. I sweat more than ever before. My new routine means I had to step up my

hair care regimen big time.

You guys know I am a huge Pantene lover and use a bunch of their products already

(their Gold Series line of products are my current favorite). So when Pantene

challenged me to use their Intense Rescue Shots , after I confidently participated in

an activity that I loved, it was a no brainer. They have been such a lifesaver! I was

noticing that my workouts were making my hair feel dry and brittle. The Intense

Rescue Shots have a deeply-absorbed blend of Pro-Vitamin B5, strengthening lipids

and natural glycerin that targets the damaged areas of my hair. It deep-conditions

without making my hair feel weighed down.

After my first time using one of the Intense Rescue Shots, I noticed my hair went

I wash my hair with Pantene’s Gold Series Moisture Boost Shampoo. Next, instead of

conditioner, Once a week, I apply the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shot generously

to fully saturate my hair, from root-to-tip. If I notice an area that has a bit more

noticeable damage, I make sure to target that area. Each bottle is single-use so I

don’t have to worry about using too much! I love that you get three in one package. I

leave in for 30 seconds and then rinse for another 30 seconds. The key is to not

over-rinse your hair.

Once I get out of the shower, I let my hair air dry and try to keep as much heat off of
