If you're already bored with Fall's nail polish offerings, Essie just released their Winter 2011 collection, "Cocktail Bling." I was a big fan of Essie's Fall 2011 Collection,
"Carry On." (seen in {perfect 10}). Although I like the Fall 2011 polishes better, Cocktail Bling offers a couple beauties of it's own.
