Something is in the water and it's either dying every starlet's hair or convincing them to get it done willingly. Either way these celebs are definitely pushing the envelope. I've been debating whether I want to get my hair colored for my bday. Hey, if someone who gets photographed everyday is willing to dye their hair hot pink, what's a little highlighting on a civilian like me?
