One of the hardest things about going to fashion week this year was packing! It was very cold in New York. As I mentioned in my previous post (here), it snowed the day I arrived. I knew I needed to pack layers and warm outerwear to brave the cold. Luckily, Tanika and I partnered with Rent The Runway to pick up some pieces from their NYC Flagship store. I've ordered from Rent The Runway before but never visited one of their stores. I love that the Rent The Runway stores allow you to schedule styling sessions, browse and try on clothing, rent the same day or pick up your online orders. We were able to order a couple outerwear pieces a few days before our trip and they were ready for pick up the day I arrived.

The new NYC Flagship location is beautiful and the process for picking up our orders was seamless. When I arrived at the store, I signed in and promptly received my online order. I tried on my coats and they fit perfectly! Rent The Runway allows you to exchange in store if the items don't fit. The gorgeous store and great service is what makes Rent The Runway one of my go-to options. I enjoy the experience and having access to fabulous clothes! I ordered the Veda Grey Jayne Jacket and Marc New York Olive Porter Peacoat. I was able to stay warm, look fashionable and save space in my suitcase. The best part? We were able to return our rentals to the store before flying back to NC!
